Refund & Cancellation Policy

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with your subscription for any reason, you are entitled to a full refund of your initial payment if the request is made within 14 calendar days of the purchase date.

1. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Cancellation will stop future automated renewals. You will continue to have access to the service features until the end of your current pre-paid billing period.

2. Refund Eligibility

2.1 Initial Purchase

A full refund will be issued for any subscription if requested within 14 days of the original transaction date. This applies to all monthly and annual plans.

2.2 Annual Renewals

For annual subscription renewals, we will issue a full refund if the request is made within 7 days of the renewal charge date.
